FAQ: Ordering, Payment & Shipping

How do I use the shopping cart?

To order any item just select the size and colour details from the menus and click the button “Add to Shopping Cart”. From “the Shopping Cart” page you can then return to Boots Online to continue viewing and selecting other items. You can always delete items from the “Cart”.


How can I order an item not shown on the website?

If you would like to order any item from the printed catalogue that is not available on the website just send us an email listing the items you want. If RM Williams have them in stock at the warehouse we usually receive them within 48 hours.


Sizing Information

Please use the Menus to specify the size information. Select the appropriate country for each size. Please use the comment box in the Shopping Cart if you wish to clarify the order information.


Exchange Rates

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and an approximation is shown of the price in other currencies. This will vary slightly according to the rate of exchange on the day the transaction is processed.


What payment methods are available?

We accept payment by:

  • Paypal
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Diners Club

If you do not wish to send your Credit Card number by email then check the box in the Shopping Cart and we will phone you anywhere in the world to obtain that information verbally. Of course you can always email it to us split over 2 or 3 emails.


Import Duty

Any additional charges such as import duties or taxes imposed by the importing country are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Delivery Details

Shipping within Australia usually takes 2-4 days with eParcel. Shipping for orders under $150 is $8.  For orders over $150 shipping cost is $12

We can ship up one pair of boots (up to 2kg) to New Zealand for AU$15

For only AU$50 we can deliver your order of up to $700 total value anywhere in the world by Express Courier International (ECI). The Shopping Cart will calculate the cost of shipping for all orders.  You can track your package at https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html OR on your own Postal Service website

A business address is preferred for deliveries as there will be times when nobody is at home to receive a shipment.  Packages may be left at your local Post Office for collection

Please include an E-Mail address and Phone (Day and Night) numbers so you can be contacted if necessary.
